Licensed Clinician / BCBA- Mt. Pocono/Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania

We’re hiring a licensed clinician in Pennsylvania to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and complex behavioral needs. This role is hands-on and collaborative — working directly with residential teams to create practical behavioral strategies that improve quality of life.

What the Work Looks Like
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Develop and oversee behavior support plans
- Analyze behavioral data and adjust strategies
- Provide training and coaching to residential staff
- Partner with operations and clinical leadership across programs
- Visit homes and program sites to support implementation
This clinician will primarily support programs in the Mount Pocono / Stroudsburg region, helping minimize travel while still collaborating across nearby programs when needed.
The Background That Works Best
- Licensed clinician with a master’s degree and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis also considered
- Experience supporting adults with complex or high-intensity behaviors
- Strong documentation and clinical judgment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
