As a key Liaison to the clinical leadership team your role is instrumental: from identifying and attracting candidates to extending offers you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle ultimately ensuring successful hires.This role provides the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule: 3 days/week on site in Novato.The Clinician Recruiter willPartner directly with Clinical Leadership to attract and hire - implement a comprehensive physician recruitment programDevelop and maintain relationships with candidates hiring managers; deliver best in class applicant experienceScreen and assess candidates suitability; coordinate interviews site visits and follow-up meetingsParticipate in job fairs and other recruitment eventsIdentify hiring incentives and other incentive program opportunitiesDevelop job descriptions; create effective compelling job postingsThe Clinician Recruiter has3 years experience high-volume sourcing/recruiting for healthcare providers Physicians Nurse Practitioners Registered Nurses Behavioral Health DentistsKnowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry terminology and standardsExperience recruiting on LinkedIn Indeed Handshake; Applicant Tracking Systems proficient - iCIMS preferredKnowledge of state and federal HR laws and regulations; prior experience in an HR role is highly preferredBachelors degree preferredEligible for a hybrid work arrangement: 3 days per week onsite with additional on-site work as needed.Starting annual compensation range is $98 $112k.
