Job Title: Part-Time Pharmacist Specialty: Outpatient / Ambulatory Care Pharmacist Place of Work (City/State): Primary: Clinton Indian Health Center 10321 N. 2274 Rd. Clinton OK 73601 Occasional: El Reno Indian Health Center (El Reno OK) and Watonga Indian Health Center (Watonga OK) as needed Duration: 12 months contract Shift Schedule (put all types of shifts): Pharmacy Hours: Mon Fri: 7:30 AM 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM Up to 40 hours/week; overtime requires prior approval. Approximately 12 16 shifts per month based on 125 hours/month. License: Active Oklahoma Pharmacist License (mandatory) Certifications: PharmD from ACPE-accredited school Current BLS (American Heart Association) Experience needed: Minimum: 2 years of pharmacy experience (including internships) preferably in outpatient/ambulatory settings. Special Skills needed: Outpatient/ambulatory pharmacy experience RPMS/EHR experience preferred Ability to operate pharmacy automation robotics will-call systems Strong patient counseling & communication Inventory and controlled substances management Credentialing / Onboarding time: Estimated 6 8 weeks Responsibilities: Clinical & dispensing: Fill verify and dispense prescriptions Provide patient counseling and medication education Monitor pharmacy window and phone lines Manage refills mail-out prescriptions and daily automated system tasks Inventory control stock rotation returns and controlled substance monitoring Maintain pharmacy cleanliness safety and regulatory compliance Participate in quality improvement training and Joint Commission activities Complete documentation and communicate effectively with pharmacy leadership Prime Physicians is a physician-led The Joint Commission (TJC) Accredited ISO 9001 certified and CMMI Level 3 appraised organization.
