Pike Title is a fast-growing title and settlement company in Virginia. We are a company of team players with a common goal to deliver superior service to our clients buying and selling homes and other real estate. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, personable, and a self-starter.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Answer phones
• Work closely and develop a positive relationship with Realtors, Loan Officers, Lenders, Buyers and Sellers
• Input data
• Schedule appointments and manage employee calendars
• Take detailed notes over the phone from prospective clients.
• Print and assemble closing package for settlement and other applicable documents
• Schedule closing with all parties involved in the transaction

Requirements:Must have exceptional customer service skills, be able to work in a fast paced environment and be detail orientedExcellent verbal/written communication

• Strong computer, data entry, typing and telephone skills

Compensation: Bonus

• 12-14 paid holidays per year
