Closing Manager

The closing manager will be responsible for directing the pm operations of the restaurant overseeing a team of employees delivering exceptional guest services.

The manager is expected to:

  • Drive sales and profitability through effective execution of the Company's business plan
  • Create a positive working environment by fostering teamwork among team members through effective training, communication and relationship building
  • Conduct himself/herself in a professional manner when dealing with customers, team members, and corporate management
  • Act as a role model for other team members by adhering to all state and Federal labor and health laws and upholding the policies and standards of performance and conduct that is set by the Company and the Dunkin brand
  • Work with integrity, honesty and accountability in all situations

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and sanitation standards
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service by providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
  • Reviewing guest feedback results and implementing action plans to drive improvement
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, inventory control, and following brand standards and systems
  • Monitoring and controlling food and labor costs, inventory levels, and waste to maximize profitability
  • Communicating restaurant priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members
  • Leading by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, professionalism, and adherence to company values
  • Engaging with the local community, building relationships, and exploring opportunities for partnerships or sponsorships
  • Fostering a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, providing coaching and feedback and resolving conflicts
  • Previous managerial experience is preferred
  • Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Works well under pressure and is able to multi-task
  • Access to a vehicle and a valid Driver's License required
