Cloud Architect at Ohm Systems

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to design enterprise-grade secure and scalable cloud architectures across AWS Azure or GCP. The candidate will lead cloud strategy architecture design governance automation and migration initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in cloud platforms infrastructure modernization DevOps and architectural leadership. Key Responsibilities Cloud Architecture & Design Architect multi-cloud or hybrid cloud solutions using best-practice reference architectures. Design large-scale systems focusing on scalability security performance and resilience. Lead cloud transformation initiatives including migration modernization and platform consolidation. Infrastructure Automation Build and standardize IaC with Terraform CloudFormation Bicep or Pulumi. Define reusable cloud modules automation workflows and governance patterns. Ensure consistent automated provisioning of cloud resources. Security Compliance & Governance Build security-first architectures with IAM key management encryption and network security. Establish cloud governance frameworks guardrails and landing zones. Implement cost optimization FinOps principles monitoring and lifecycle management. DevOps & Platform Integration Work with DevOps teams to build cloud-native CI/CD pipelines. Architect container platforms (Kubernetes EKS AKS GKE) and serverless solutions. Enable SRE practices observability fault tolerance and autoscaling strategies. Collaboration Leadership & Strategy Partner with engineering product security and business teams to drive cloud adoption. Provide technical leadership mentoring and architectural guidance. Develop cloud standards documentation and best practices. Required Skills Expert-level experience with AWS / Azure / GCP architecture. Deep understanding of compute storage networking load balancing caching and distributed systems. Strong expertise with Terraform CloudFormation or other IaC tools. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes & container ecosystems. Strong scripting skills: Python Bash PowerShell. Experience with microservices API gateways messaging systems. Strong understanding of cloud security IAM network design and resilience.
