This role supports multiple Department of War (DoW) customers across a range of Salesforce configuration and integration projects.Job Duties:Designing, implementing, and managing cloud computing strategies and infrastructure with a strong emphasis on security, cost-efficiency, and scalabilityUsing exceptional problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a deep understanding of secure cloud environments that meet the rigorous standards of our government clientsTraveling to customer sites and/or secure facilities#LI-SF1RequirementsProven experience with SaaS or PaaS implementationsHands-on experience managing and executing multiple cloud systemsAbility to collaborate with existing teams to enhance capabilities and develop new functionalitySkilled in translating customer requirements into viable SaaS solutionsExpertise in designing and architecting solutions based on business processes and technical requirementsProficient in user management, including provisioning profiles, roles, and permission setsAbility to contribute to the development of internal CSIT processes and proceduresExperience supporting Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation and implementing security controlsCapable of assessing current implementations and identifying opportunities for growth and capability expansionStrong analytical skills to evaluate systems/processes, identify improvements, and clearly communicate benefits to stakeholdersTechnical proficiency in:APEX, APEX Triggers, Visualforce, Flows, API integrationsLightning Web Components, CRM Analytics (previously Einstein Analytics)HTML, Java, SQL, SOQLExperience in problem-solving using data analysis, inference, and logical reasoningAbility to develop and maintain training materials and user documentationExperience maintaining data and system security for deployed solutionsPrior experience leading modernization or transformation initiatives in secure environmentsMust possess or be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (Secret or higher)Hybrid work arrangement is authorized for this position but may change depending on project needsDesired SkillsSelf-motivated with strong discipline and problem-solving acumenExperience supporting intelligence community (IC) environmentsFamiliarity with SIPRNet, JWICS, and CENTRIXS data-sharing systemsExposure to military logistics systems (a plus)Experience with joint or multinational systemsBackground in proposal writing and business developmentUnderstanding of DoD acquisition, funding, inventory, and HR systemsFive plus (5+) years of relevant experience preferredKnowledge of cloud environments, network architecture, security design, and programmingExperience with Salesforce GovCloudProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Proficiency in Atlassian SuiteSalesforce certifications:Salesforce Technical Architect (preferred)Salesforce AdministratorActive clearance preferredClearance InformationSRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVELTravel RequirementsSome travel to customer sites and/or secure facilitiesAbout UsScientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
