If you are passionate about cutting-edge cloud-native solutions and thrive in an evolving, fast-paced cloud environment, this is the opportunity for you!On any given day, you may be called on to:Tackle real-word challenges in cloud security and governanceInterface with cloud customers to provide security and governance insight to their solutions and resolve security policy issues Solve critical issues and help shape the future of cloud policy frameworks that protect our customersEnhance and manage our cloud governance and security tools to keep pace with the latest advancementsInvestigate and mitigate threats as you play a pivotal role in cybersecurity incident responseCollaborate with cybersecurity team to safeguard our cloud environment against evolving threatsPartner with Cyber Information Assurance team to conduct in-depth security assessments and ensure compliance*The selected applicant can be a remote worker located in any U.S. State or District of Columbia. Regular or periodic travel to your assigned work location may be required.Salary Range $114,000 - $227,500*Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential.Qualifications We Require Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity or related field; or equivalent (Associate's degree + 4 years or no degree + 8 years)Experience in Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Experience with creating Azure security and governance policies (i.e., writing and creating definitions, creating assignments, fixing broken policies, etc.)Experience with Cybersecurity Incident Response processes (i.e., Cloud Security)Experience with Cloud or Network Based ForensicsExperience with automating processes via scripting and DevOps pipelinesExperience with SIEM and SOAR technologies (Splunk, Azure Sentinel, or Sumologic)Qualifications We Desire Experience with Microsoft Technologies and M365 SaaS productsExperience with Cloud Security such as Zero Trust, and Assume Breach conceptsCloud Policy frameworkUnderstanding of Policy as CodeUnderstanding of Cloud monitoring, and alerting capabilitiesCloud Secure Scoring and implementationExperience with Kusto Query LanguageExperience with Microsoft SentinelAbout Our Team Enterprise Cloud Services (Department 9789) leads the R&D, implementation, operations and management of world-class Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure, Platforms and Services while providing IT Modernization leadership to Cloud-Native practices.Posting Duration This posting will be open for application submissions for a minimum of seven (7) calendar days, including the 'posting date'.
