HR Manager (Part-Time Flexible Hours)Location: Green Bay, WI (Onsite)Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week with flexible schedulingPay Range: $27-$30 per hourEmployment Type: Contract / Direct / Part-TimeA reputable client in the Green Bay area is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide hands-on support across core human resources functions. This role offers flexible hours, making it an excellent opportunity for an HR professional seeking work-life balance while remaining engaged in strategic and operational HR responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Maintain employee personnel files and ensure documentation is accurate and compliantAdminister employee benefits, including health, life, supplemental insurance, EAP, vision reimbursement, and 401(k) enrollmentPrepare and process bi-weekly payrollManage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, applicant tracking, interviews, reference checks, offer letters, and onboardingConduct new hire orientation and ensure onboarding paperwork is completed within required timelinesMaintain and update the employee handbook and job descriptionsManage employee recognition programs and support employee relations mattersPartner with supervisors and managers to ensure proper documentation of employee issuesPrepare exit paperwork and conduct exit interviewsMaintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practicesOther HR-related duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent professional experienceMinimum of four years of HR experience preferredStrong working knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, and payrollAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent organizational, communication, and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and discretionPHR certification preferred but not required Work Environment Office-based position in a professional, temperature-controlled settingLight physical activity may be required (up to 20 lbs)Occasional travel or special events may be requiredThis position offers competitive pay, flexible hours, and the opportunity to work with a well-respected organization in the Green Bay area.ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
