If you dont fill all of the qualifications you may still be considered depending on your level of experience.Responsibilities for CMM programmerUse micrometers calipers depth micrometers and PC-DMISAssist Quality Engineers in dimensional inspection of product for PPAPs and investigationsAbility to develop work instructions for CMM set-up and operation for various programsCompile and submit First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) to customers for approvalAssist Quality Engineer or Quality Manager to define and deliver responses to customer requests and inquiries related to product qualityMaintain documentation records and data on tests performedRecommend quality control solutions to complex problems and implements corrective actionsSet-up or build special test panels to facilitate testing and /or evaluation as neededPerform internal audits based on established criteria and records the resultsDetermine conformance of products based on data received from CMMQualifications for CMM programmerIntermediate level in MS Office systems such asMount install align and secure tools attachments fixtures and work pieces on CMM machine using hand tools and precision measuring instrumentsMust be accurate and precise in measurements both as presented to the customer for sample layouts and to production for first piece and dimensional checksAssist the production team in collecting and analyzing data for measurement systems analysis capability studies design of experiments gauge R&REnsure 5-S is adhered to properlyStrong background in compliance/adherence to process for themselves their direct reports and all others within the organization Key Skills Load & Unload,Ruby,Shipping & Receiving,Forklift,Lift Truck Experience,Basic Math,Packaging,Warehouse Experience,Delivery Driver Experience,Heavy Lifting,Human Resources,RF Scanner Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
