Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSummary: We are seeking an experienced CMM Technician to support quality operations in a fast-paced injection molding environment. This role is responsible for performing dimensional inspections using CMM equipment and software such as PC-DMIS and PolyWorks, analyzing measurement data, and communicating results to engineering and manufacturing teams. The position is also responsible for conducting MSA's and gauge calibration.What you will do:Performs dimensional inspections to CAD data using PC-DMIS/Polyworks Analyzes and reports from dimensional software and communicates findings to engineeringConducts dimensional troubleshooting on blueprintsConducts gage R&R’s and MSA’sCalibrates/Verifies gages under company procedure specificationsUtilizes Gage Trak software to maintain records of gages and calibrationsMaintains prompt and regular attendance as scheduledWorks safely and without injury through adherence to all safety rules and guidelines.Other duties may be assigned.What you need to be successful:Minimum of 2 years of Dimensional inspection and/or community college course work; or equivalent combination of education and experience.CMM101 Hexagon Certification and/or equivalent experience.Must have successfully completed an approved GD&T certification; Ex: Hexagon, ASME, MitutoyoExperience using layout equipment to inspect parts.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensationComprehensive employee benefits package, including medical/dental/vision coverage, life and disability protectionPaid Vacation accrual and HolidaysParticipation (100% company paid) in the ConMet/Amsted Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)Company 401k program matchWellness reimbursementConMet is…A Solutions ProviderWe’ve been driving the commercial vehicle industry forward with transformative solutions since 1964.
