Job TitleCMMS CoordinatorJob Description SummaryThis role is focused on the support of all Major Commodity Programs and Regional Execution teams. The goal of this role is to support the regional execution teams including Facility Management Supply Chain Suppliers and the Vendor Managers to ensure compliance and proper execution of all programs through the CMMS Database (Corrigo) and Vendor Management Inbox. The CMMS Coordinator will be the main point of contact within the Vendor Management group related to Corrigo and responsible for maintaining the highest level of accuracy for the data that is being housed within the database.Job DescriptionKEY ACCOUNTABILITIESResponsible for one or more of the following:Schedule data managementContract Amendment Request (CAR) oversight and governanceProvide daily and/or weekly reports of various progress updates (CARs Invoices Outstanding Work Orders)Subject matter expert related to CMMS databaseManage shared mailbox; respond to general inquiries and escalate as appropriateMaintain and update Specialty Dispatch tablesJOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSBA/BS degree in a related discipline or field of study or equivalent experienceExperience in communicating with all levels of managementStrong organizational skills with attention to detail strong communication skillsProactively searches for process improvementTakes ownership problem solves thoughtfully and in a timely mannerTARGET COMPETENCIESStrong analytical organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to track all work and key metricsAbility to process work quickly accurately and with changing prioritiesAbility to develop user documentation as it relates to functionsAbility to effectively interpret and apply policy and procedureStrong verbal presentation skills ability to communicate planning strategy and concepts to Leadership through to move plans to employeesBasic understanding of Corporate Real Estate and Financial conceptsPEOPLE SKILLSStrong team player who is adaptable and capable of driving changeEffective oral written communication and presentation skillsAdvanced relationship building skillsCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs generally including health vision and dental insurance flexible spending accounts health savings accounts retirement savings plans life and disability insurance programs and paid and unpaid time away from addition to a comprehensive benefits package Cushman and Wakefield provide eligible employees with competitive pay which may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location date of hire total hours worked job type business line and applicability of collective bargaining agreements.The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.The compensation for the position is: $24.52 - $28.85Cushman & Wakefield is an Equal Opportunity employer to all protected groups including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
