This position requires a wide range of administrative knowledge which includes generating and reviewing reports, ensuring accuracy of projects/pending's before they are front facing, reviewing and managing the departmental Calendar, and communicating with vendors/existing relationships for various tasks. The main goal of the touring intern is to be a direct support to the team throughout current and upcoming tours.Primary Job Responsibilities:Reviews artwork /spots with precision to ensure accuracySales report for recently announced toursDaily ticket sale reportsManage calendarAssisting in the distribution of media artwork assets for different campaignsAbility toforecast and requestnew graphics for each artist/campaignwhenappropriateOrganize BlueBooksRequest avails from venuesCreate routings for upcoming toursSupport the touring department as neededRequirementsCurrently pursuing a degree in communications, media, advertisement or other related fieldBilingual verbal and written Spanish (required)Excellent organizational skills with the ability to execute projects on timeExperience using Excel, Word & PowerPointCritical thinker with strong conceptual and research skillsStrong decision-making skills and attention to detailComfortable working in high pressure environment with strict deadlinesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and writing skillsBasic understanding of budgeting and advertisement skillsOngoing knowledge of the music industry and current music trendsTraveling RequirementsNoneAEG reserves the right to change or modify the employee's job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
