Internal candidates - check with your recruiter to see what options are available for you)This is a full-time night-shift position working three 12-hour shifts per week with a weekend (every other) and holiday rotation. The hours are 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am.You MUST have a current Illinois CNA certification and be at least 18 years old to qualify for this position. SSM Health may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.Job Summary:Assists in performing a variety of nursing care services for patients.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESReceives patient care assignment from the registered nurse (RN) in delegated tasks based on demonstrated competence in performing nursing activities for specific patient age group served.Collects and documents data for the admission assessment and reassessment at specific times for patient population.
