What's a typical day as CNC Bender Operator? You'll be:

• Setting up and operating CNC bending and rotary draw bending machinery
• Training and guiding new direct labor employees (DLs) on safe and productive machine operation
• Ensuring all parts are manufactured to customer specifications while adhering to safety and quality standards
• Reporting any problems or abnormal conditions to the Shift Supervisor promptly
• Maintaining housekeeping and health and safety standards in the work area
• Supporting a team-oriented environment and contributing to process improvements
• Assisting in achieving and maintaining IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 certifications
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, and using micrometers and calipers for precise measurements
