Our employees use their creativity and talent to invent new solutions, meet new demands, and offer the most effective services and solutions in the industry.About this Opportunity:This position effectively supports & maintains production machines according to established standards & specifications.Responsibilities:Maintain proper coolant concentration using Refractometer & P.H. meter.Clean & maintain coolant levels in machine lines/sumps & holding tanks.Maintain/clean machines; Add oil & change filters on machines as scheduled.Report machine wear & leaks to supervisor.Maintain necessary Computer Maintenance Software (CMS) records after tasks are completedCoordinate with supervisor to safely start & stop machine cycles.Maintain work area & equipment in accordance with TPM.Maintain an organized, clean & safe working environment by following 6S standards.Properly follow all H&M procedures & policies.Use correct P.P.E. per JHA's & Job Description; required to wear safely shoes with safely shoes with the standard F2412 & F2413 rating. Individuals trained in NFPA 70E Arc Flash are required to wear electrical hazard safety shoes with the F2412EH & F2413EH rating.Participate in Continuous Improvement activities, including the Idea System.Perform all other duties as assigned.Requirements:High School or Technical School Diploma, or General Education Degree (GED) preferred; Mechanical experience preferred.Ability to do basic math.Ability to write simple notes; ability to read & interpret documents such as operating & maintenance instructions, procedure manuals & safety rules.Ability to troubleshoot & problem solve.Able to work Saturday and/or Sunday on a rotating basis to meet business needs.
