Shifts: 2nd & 3rd (Evenings/Nights) Pay: $18$21 per hour Location:

• Training (first 6 months): West Chicago, IL
• Permanent location (starting Summer 2026): Northbrook, IL

About the Role

We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented Entry-Level CNC Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in machining, manufacturing, or industrial production. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery to manufacture and inspect components
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and established quality standards
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using basic measuring tools
• Record production and inspection data; maintain accurate documentation
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and aligned with 5S practices
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with daily production tracking and traceability requirements

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Preferred (but not required):

• Prior manufacturing, machining, or mechanical experience
• Familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Basic understanding of blueprint reading
