Responsibilities Be able to climb stairs all shiftWork on elevated platformsWork in team environment and effective and clear communicationPositive attitudeFamiliar with Fiber placement layupUnderstand the Automated Fiber Placement ProcessComputer skills a must. Be able to use multiple screens and programsExperience cross loading programsMust be able to follow, read, and understand BAC and MAA standardsExperience with complex 3D probing for machine alignmentLaser software compatibleUnderstand set up proceduresKeen eye for detailPreform process surveillance to assure compliance with requirementsPrepare and maintain quality recordsPerform routine minor machine maintenance and knowledge of tow tuning, laser alignment and inspecting for tow deficienciesLevel A:Completely and independently setup and operate Computerized Numerical Controlled (CNC) and Conventional equipment to perform complex or precision operations in accordance with engineering requirements.Activities include, e.g. operating multi-axis equipment to mill, precision bore, turn, thread, grind, sculpt/contour, etc.Verifies dimensions of parts using both mechanical and electronic measurement tools. And relative to these inspection duties:Maintain required personal certifications.Perform complete inspection, including first part review, of procured or fabricated parts and assemblies.Initiate and document any non-conforming condition for Material Review Board action.Perform process surveillance to assure compliance with requirements.Prepare and maintain quality records. Qualifications 2 years of CNC Multi- axis experienceAll applicants must be willing and able to work any shift, including alternative work weeks. Majority of new hires will be hired on 2nd shift.
