CNC Machinist/Operator

Join a leading aerospace company in Anaheim, CA as a CNC Machinist/Operator. We are seeking talented individuals to operate Multi Axis CNC mills in a clean and modern manufacturing environment. Opportunities for both 1st and 2nd shift positions are available, with significant overtime offered weekly. Training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those with trade school experience or 1-3 years in the field.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Multi Axis CNC mills efficiently.
• Collaborate with the management team to plan production and scheduling.
• Operate and maintain Haas, Mori, and insulator machines with Fanuc controls.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precision in manufacturing.
• Perform inspection tasks to uphold quality standards.

Essential Skills

• Experience with CNC operation, preferably with mills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Familiarity with the use of lathes, calipers, and other precision measurement tools.
• Ability to set up CNC machines for production.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• NTMA training is preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience or completion of trade school is ideal.

Work Environment

Work in a very clean aerospace manufacturing facility. The company offers two shifts: 1st shift from 5am-2:30pm and 2nd shift from 3pm-11:30pm, with daily overtime and additional hours on Saturdays. Initial training may occur during the 1st shift before transitioning to the 2nd shift. The facility is equipped with advanced technology, ensuring a productive and efficient work experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anaheim, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
