Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines (mills lathes) to produce parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and G-code. Perform in-process quality inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers micrometers gauges). Load and unload raw materials and finished parts from machines. Adjust machine offsets tooling and programs to maintain part quality and optimize production. Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor operational issues. Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience operating and setting up CNC mills and/or lathes. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints technical drawings and G-code/M-code. Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (e.g. calipers micrometers bore gauges) for quality control. Ability to perform tool changes offsets and basic troubleshooting of CNC machinery. Strong understanding of cutting tools workholding techniques and various machining processes.
