Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machinery (mills lathes routers etc.) according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and G-code programs. Perform in-process and final inspections of manufactured parts using precision measuring instruments. Monitor machine operations adjusting settings as needed to maintain part quality and production efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions or program errors. Select install and adjust appropriate tooling for each job. Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in setting up operating and troubleshooting CNC mills and/or lathes. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and GD&T specifications. Demonstrated understanding of G-code and M-code programming and editing. Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers micrometers and bore gauges. Experience with various materials tooling and fixturing techniques. Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
