With continued demand for large-part machining and complex work across a wide range of materials, Casemer is adding experienced CNC Machinists to support production capacity and maintain the quality and consistency customers depend on.
The Work You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Set up and operate CNC mills or CNC lathes
- Machine both large and small precision components
- Work on prototypes through full production runs (1 piece to thousands)
- Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
- Select tooling, set offsets, and verify workholding
- Perform in-process inspection and quality checks
- Adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets to maintain part integrity
- Collaborate with programmers, QC, and fellow machinists
This is a hands-on role in a shop that handles everything from thin-wall components to very large turned parts.

What We're Looking For
Required:
- 3+ years CNC machining experience
- Experience in a job shop environment
- Strong blueprint & GD&T interpretation
- Setup ability (tooling, offsets, adjustments)
- Comfortable inspecting and holding tolerances
- Reliable and team-oriented
Preferred:
- Experience with large-part machining
- Multi-axis experience
- Experience with Mazak, Okuma, Doosan, or Mori Seiki
