The Work You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Set up and operate CNC milling and turning centers
• Machine small, high-precision parts to tight tolerances
• Load, adjust, and run CNC programs as required
• Select tooling, offsets, and workholding
• Perform in-process and first-article inspections
• Work closely with quality and production teammates
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional work area

You'll be trusted to manage your work and contribute to continuous improvement.

Machines, Controls & Shop Equipment

You'll work with equipment such as:

Machines:

• Haas, Mori Seiki & Okuma vertical mills
• Mazak & Hardinge CNC turning centers
• 4-axis & 5-axis machining platforms
• Horizontal milling with a 100-pallet system
• Mitsubishi Wire EDM

Inspection Tools:

• CMMs
• Keyence vision systems
• Advanced in-process and final inspection equipment

What We're Looking For

Required:

• CNC setup & operation experience in milling and/or turning
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation
• Experience holding tight tolerances
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred (Not Required):

• Multi-axis machining experience
• Aerospace, medical, or defense industry background
• EDM experience
