Key Responsibilities Set up operate and program CNC machines (mills lathes routers) according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and G-code to determine machining operations. Load and unload raw materials and finished parts adjusting machine settings and performing tool changes as required. Monitor machine performance detect malfunctions and troubleshoot issues during production runs. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers micrometers gauges) to ensure quality and adherence to tolerances. Perform routine machine maintenance cleaning and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in operating and setting up CNC mills and lathes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints GD&T and technical specifications. Experience with precision measuring instruments (e.g. calipers micrometers bore gauges). Strong understanding of G-code and M-code for program editing and troubleshooting. Demonstrated ability to perform tooling changes offset adjustments and machine maintenance.
