This role is essential to producing tight-tolerance surgical implants and instruments that improve and save lives.

The Work You'll Be Doing

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills (3-, 4-, and 5-axis)
• Read blueprints and GD&T to ensure parts meet exact specifications
• Perform offsets, tooling changes, and minor program edits
• Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
• Document all work per GMP/GDP standards
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and basic machine upkeep
• Participate in 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement efforts
• Collaborate with teammates to hit production and quality targets

Machines, Materials & Controls

• Machines: Haas, Kitamura, Brother, Robodrill, Willemin, Doosan SMX
• Materials: Titanium, stainless steel, cobalt chrome
• Controls: Fanuc, proprietary mill-turn

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3+ years CNC milling experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
• Comfortable running multiple machines
• U.S. Person status for ITAR compliance

Preferred:

• Associate's degree, machinist certification, or apprenticeship
• Experience with mill-turn or Swiss machines
• Background in medical or aerospace manufacturing
