Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines (mills lathes grinders) according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and G-code programs. Perform in-process and final inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments. Load raw materials and unload finished products ensuring proper workholding and material handling. Monitor machine operations detect malfunctions and make necessary adjustments to optimize production. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machinery and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine or program issues to minimize downtime. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience operating and setting up CNC mills and/or lathes. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints technical drawings and G-code. Skilled in using precision measuring tools (e.g. calipers micrometers bore gauges) for quality inspection. Strong understanding of machining principles tooling and various materials. Ability to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot common issues.
