You will oversee the entire processfrom programming and setup to inspection and finishingensuring high-quality results that meet engineering specifications.What Youll DoPerform tooling setup basic inspection and finishing of partsMaintain quality standards through adherence to QA proceduresConduct preventive maintenance on equipment per manufacturer guidelinesCollaborate across teams to support organizational goals and continuous improvementProgram CNC mills and lathes using manual G-code and CAM software (FeatureCam MasterCam)Plan machining operations based on blueprints work orders and material specificationsYour Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)7 years of CNC machining experienceProficiency in tooling selection speeds and feedsPrototrack mill and CNC lathe operation; familiarity with standard shop equipmentStrong understanding of GD&T tolerancing and technical documentationSkilled in using precision measuring tools (micrometers bore gauges dial indicators)Ability to build and fabricate welded assemblies from drawingsStrong analytical and organizational skills; effective communicatorMust pass background check drug screen and drivers abstractWhat Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)Experience with horizontal and vertical CNC machines5 years CAM software experience (FeatureCam MasterCam)CNC lathe programming and operation (Okuma Haas Mazatrol)CAM software proficiency (FeatureCam MasterCam)4-axis CNC programming and operationMIG/TIG welding and sheet metal fabrication3D CAD surfacing and UG/NX familiarityProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordAAS degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related field

This position requires the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis and successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report review.
