Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machinery (lathes mills grinders etc.). Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and G-code. Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality. Perform in-process and final inspection of manufactured parts using precision measuring instruments. Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation or part quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience operating 3-axis or 5-axis CNC mills and/or lathes. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints technical drawings and G-code. Expertise in using precision measuring instruments (calipers micrometers bore gauges). Demonstrated ability to set up operate and troubleshoot CNC machinery including tool changes and offsets. Strong understanding of quality control processes and part inspection techniques. Basic knowledge of G-code and M-code programming for editing and troubleshooting.
