These companies hire intentionally and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machinery (mills lathes grinders) to produce precision parts. Set up CNC machines including tooling work offsets and program adjustments. Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and G-code. Perform in-process and final inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments. Monitor machine operations detect malfunctions and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Load and unload raw materials and finished parts. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience operating setting up and troubleshooting CNC mills and/or lathes. Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and G-code/M-code. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers micrometers and bore gauges. Solid understanding of machining processes tooling selection and various material properties. Commitment to maintaining quality control standards and adherence to shop safety protocols.
