CNC Maintenance Technician - Swiss Machines

Are you an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician looking to put your expertise to work on high-precision Swiss-style lathes? Join Productivity, Inc - a leader in machine tool sales, service, and automation integration since 1968.

We're looking for a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician with deep knowledge of Swiss-style CNC machines to support customers with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced production equipment.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Swiss-style CNC machines or precision CNC lathes
• Machine installations and setup
• Perform adjustments and repairs of spindles, drives, slides, hydraulic systems, electronic controls, electrical peripherals, and other items
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Calibrate, adjust, and replace components to ensure precise machine performance
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings with customers and internal teams

What You Bring

• 3 or more years maintaining and repairing Swiss-style CNC machines or precision CNC lathes
• Knowledge of Fanuc controls.
• Strong understanding of spindle rebuilds, ball screw alignments, and servo systems.
• Technical training or certification in mechatronics, electro-mechanical systems, automation, robotics, industrial maintenance, fluid power, etc
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel locally to customer sites, with 4-6 overnights per month

Compensation and Benefits

• $33 - $40/hour depending on expertise and experience, plus incentives, annual performance & salary reviews
• Full-time, Monday - Friday, with occasional overtime
