CNC Maintenance TechnicianYorba Linda CATemp-to-hire position (46 months to convert) on a 1st shift (6:00 AM2:30 PM; flexible as needed)Maintain repair and troubleshoot over 50 high-precision Swiss-style CNC machines (Tornos Citizen) to minimize downtime and ensure peak operational efficiency.Responsibilities include preventive and emergency maintenance diagnosing and repairing electrical (24V480V) mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems and supporting production/engineering teams.Must follow strict safety and hazardous materials protocols document maintenance activities and participate in training/continuous improvement.Requirements:2 years CNC or automation maintenance (preferably Swiss CNC) high-precision environment experience Fanuc/Mitsubishi controls knowledge electrical diagram reading hydraulics/pneumatics skills and root cause analysis.High school diploma or GED required; technical/trade school training preferred.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Electrical Experience,eMaint,Industrial Maintenance,HVAC,Mechanical Knowledge,Property Maintenance,Maintenance,Painting,Plumbing,Hydraulics,Programmable Logic Controllers,Troubleshooting Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
