CNC Mill Machinist (3, 4 & 5-Axis | Aerospace & Medical)

Join a long-tenured, high-precision manufacturing team producing mission-critical aerospace and medical components. As a CNC Mill Machinist, you'll set up and operate Haas Vertical Mills (3, 4, and 5 axis) with Fanuc controls, machining extremely tight-tolerance parts in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

This role is perfect for a machinist who enjoys complex setups, exotic materials, and precision work where quality means everything.

What You'll Do

Set up and operate Haas CNC Vertical Mills (3-, 4-, and 5-axis).
Edit programs at the machine using G & M code.
Perform setups, tool changes, and offsets based on blueprints and work instructions.
Hold .0001 tolerances on aerospace and medical components.
Calculate and adjust feeds & speeds, especially on exotic alloys.
Conduct first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks.
Machine extremely small, high-precision parts (some as small as a fingernail).

Required Experience & Skills

3+ years CNC Mill setup experience
Strong working knowledge of G & M code
Ability to read blueprints, CNC programs, and documentation
Solid understanding of tooling and setup best practices
Proven experience maintaining tight tolerances

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00/yr.

- Climate controlled and super clean - Guaranteed 3% company contribution to 401k (not a match. For example, if you put in 6% they put 3% and if you put 0% they put 3%) - 1 week PTO right away plus the Minnesota sick pay on top of that - Average tenure is 10+ years - Life Insurance - Health, dental, vision, etc...
