CNC Mill-Turn Operator at Accentuate Staffing

Accentuate Staffing is recruiting a CNC Mill-Turn Operator to join an establish manufacturing company in Morrisville, NC. This role involves operating and advanced CNC machinery, including mill-turn centers, to produce precision components in a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, experience with CNC programming, and the ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings. This position offers an opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and contribute to high-quality manufacturing processes. This is a 2nd shift, contract to hire opportunity, working 2:50pm-1:30am Monday-Thursday. Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC mill-turn machines, including CNC lathes and milling machines, ensuring precision and efficiency. Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T specifications, and technical drawings to produce parts that meet strict quality standards. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on CNC machinery to maintain optimal operation. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify part dimensions. Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety standards and manufacturing protocols. Requirements: Proven experience operating CNC milling machines and lathe equipment in a manufacturing or factory setting. Familiarity with GD&T principles, and fabrication techniques such as welding and stamping presses. Mechanical knowledge related to tooling setup, materials handling, machining processes, and quality control procedures. Ability to use precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers accurately. Basic math skills necessary for precise measurements and calculations required in machining tasks. Will be required to pass a criminal background check
