Job DescriptionJob DescriptionVolt is hiring for an CNC Mill Set-Up Operator for a company located in Miramar, CA.As a CNC Mill Set-Up Operator you will:Set up and operate 3rd and 4th axis CNC mills (Haas & Mori Seiki)Read blueprints to understand part specificationsMonitor machines for issues during operationInspect finished parts for quality and accuracyPerform routine machine maintenanceThis is a Full-Time Direct Hire opportunityThe ideal candidate will have: 5 years of machining and setup experienceStrong understanding of feeds, speeds, and material removalFamiliar with CNC programming codesSkilled in cutting tool feeds and speedsAble to set up parts independentlyKnowledge of true position tolerance and coordinate systemsFollows written instructions accuratelyExperienced with close tolerances in high-volume settingsProficient in reading complex blueprintsSchedule: Monday - Friday1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 01:30 PM 2nd shift: 01:45 PM -10:15 PMPay Rate: $22.00 to $38.00 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
