CNC Operator - 1st Shift at ABR Employment Services

We're hiring for a Machine Operator on 1st shift in Sparta for our premier client and employer! You'll work in a clean, well-lit environment. The role offers opportunity for advancement, growth, and cross training.

Schedule: 1st Shift, 6a.m.-2p.m. Monday through Friday Overtime as needed on Saturday
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

CNC Machine Operator Duties

• Operates CNC machine center by milling blocks of aluminum
• Correctly loads and unloads machines
• Properly uses scanner to document jobs capturing accurate data with minimal scanning errors
• Performs quality checks of finished, milled product, using calipers to ensure proper dimensional requirements.
• Maintains production levels required for this position
• Buffs and de-burrs parts and plates

CNC Machine Operator Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Strong work history
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
• Must possess basic math & ruler reading skills
• High attention to detail required
• Attendance is important - must be at work every day!
