Job DescriptionJoin the team that is a leader in engineering, designing and manufacturing of leading-edge military expeditionary products and rugged industrial/commercial products since 1937.What we offer:Health benefits, including telehealth medical services, Dental and VisionLife, AD&D and Disability (paid for by the company)401K with a company matchPrimary function of this position is to set up and run CNC milling machine jobs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Able to program, edit, fixture and set up CNC Milling Machine JobsAccurately reports shop floor production data via computer terminal and/or written reportingFollows both visual and written work instructions in order to complete assigned tasks within set time allottedPerforms cycle counting of parts and material handling duties as requiredSupports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organizationAdheres to all quality and safety standardsSupports other projects and performs duties as assignedEducation/Experience/Skills:High School Diploma or equivalent preferred1-3 years industry experience preferredAbility to work from verbal and written instructionsExperience of small power tools, other hand tools and computerized and high-pressure equipmentMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, work overhead with arms and sit or stand for several hours as a timeAbility to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required per plant rulesMay participate in lean/six sigma/quality/safety initiatives as requiredDisclaimer: This job description is not designed to be a complete list of all duties, responsibilities, and safety requirements required of the Test Technician I position.This position requires access to or use of export-controlled technical data or technology controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
