Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced CNC Operator to run our Next-Gen Haas Mills (VF-2 & VF-4) and contribute to our production of high-quality parts. This full-time role offers hands-on work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Set-up and Operate Next Gen Haas Mills for precision machining.
Edit CNC programs and adjust for compensation to ensure quality output.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and precision.
Early Morning, Day and Evening shifts available
Requirements
3-5 years of experience operating CNC mills, specifically Next Gen Haas Mills.
Proficiency in running setups, editing programs, and adjusting for compensation.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
Nice-to-Haves
Design or programming experience with Fusion 360, particularly for 4th axis and fixturing design.
Engineering background or experience in firearm manufacturing.
Familiarity with machining for government contracts.
