Interested but no cnc experience? No problem. At metalquest, we believe many skills can be taughtbut attitude, attention to detail, and teamwork are what sets an excellent team apart from the rest.

What you'll learn and do:

• How to operate advanced cnc machines
• How to use precision measuring tools
• How to read blueprints and make quality parts
• How to troubleshoot and maintain consistent production

Starting pay: $20 - $24 (starting rate depending on shifts and increases based on experience)

Weekday

• Weekday 1st shift: $20 / hour
• Monday thursday (5:00 am 3:00 pm) 4x10's
• Weekday 2nd shift: $24 / hour (25% higher)
• Monday thursday 3:00 pm - 1:00 am 4x10's

Working environment:

• This position requires the use of protective eye equipment at all times while on the production floor.
• This position operates in a standing position for 75% of the time.
• May need to lift or move objects up to 40 lbs., frequently operates manual machinery and computers, and may need to make adjustments to parts of machinery, including bending, stooping, reaching or crouching.
