The CNC Production Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring machining operations run smoothly while mentoring machinists and driving continuous improvement across the shop.

The Work You'll Be Doing

  • Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and process issues on the shop floor
  • Create and maintain work instructions, job travelers, and tracking systems
  • Support fixture design, workholding solutions, and tooling strategies
  • Collaborate with leadership on quoting, workflow improvements, and capacity planning
