Job Description
Summary:We are looking for a candidate with extensive expertise programming multi-axis mills lathes with live tooling and mill-turn machines. The candidate would need to be able to provide first parts and creating program-ready CAM files from customer models and prints.Technical Requirements:Experienced programming and machining a wide range of materials including the following: heat-treated alloys stainless steel Inconel Hastelloy aluminum and beryllium copper. Skilled in holding extremely tight tolerances down to .0001.The candidate must have CAM Software experience including the following: Esprit MasterCAM HyperMill Fusion360 CATIA V5/V6 and SolidWorks.Brands: Okuma DMG Mori Seiki Haas Hitachi and DoosanController: Okuma Fanuc Haas and Mazatrol controllersHe/she would need to be able to work collaboratively with engineers operators and supervisors to optimize programs and support efficient production processes. The candidate would need proven expertise in aerospace industry.
