Hiring CNC Programmer
1st shift: 7-3:30pm

Job Description:
The CNC Programmer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs used in the machining of precision components. This role blends technical expertise with hands-on problem-solving, ensuring that production runs efficiently, safely, and to exact specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, comfortable interpreting complex drawings, and proactive about improving processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for the machining of precision components.
- Maintain and update existing CNC programs to improve production efficiency.
- Interpret complex engineering drawings to ensure accurate program development.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and safety.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in CNC programming.
- Experience with Mastercam and Fanuc control systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings.
