CNC Programmer at PCS Technical Services

DirectHireCNC ProgrammerDirect opportunityRate: $60-75KHours: 7am-3pmWilmington OHResponsibilities:- Develop write and implement CNC programs to control automated machinery ensuring they are efficient and error-free.- Interpret technical drawings and schematics to determine dimensions tolerances and the best manufacturing processes.- Select appropriate cutting tools set machine speeds and feed rates and manually adjust programs as needed for optimal performance.- Monitor production runs to ensure parts are manufactured to exact specifications and troubleshoot any problems that arise.- Update and modify existing programs for new parts or different machines and maintain a tooling database.- Work with other team members such as machinists and engineers to resolve issues and improve processes.Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of CNC programming- Trade school certificate preferred- Ability to maximum programming for greater efficiency- Good working experience with CAM- Strong understanding of machining processes materials and CNC machine operation- Experience with G-code and M-code and the ability to adapt to different programming languages- Ability to read and accurately interpret technical blueprints and schematics- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues- Meticulous and detail-oriented approach is crucial for accuracy- Knowledge of mathematical principles related to geometry and calculations is importantIf you possess the skills we are looking for and ready to make a positive impact apply NOW!
