Model cutting paths using MasterCAM and generate machine code to control tool movements. Adjust machine paths and settings to optimize production while maintaining quality standards. Determine reference points, cutting directions, and the sequence of operations for parts. Compute dimensions, radii, and curvatures; create instruction sheets and cutter lists to guide machine setup. Collaborate with machine operators to ensure accurate and efficient execution of programs. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement. Troubleshoot mechanical or logistical issues as they arise.
