Job Details

Ideal background: 10+ years in CNC machining or programming with deep experience in complex, tight-tolerance parts. Strong GD&T expertise required. 4-axis/5-axis programming experience preferred. This role is built for a senior-level machinist or programmer ready to step into a customer-facing, commercially aware leadership position.

Own CNC projects from RFQ through release to the shop floor

Review drawings and 3D models; provide DFM guidance and manufacturability feedback

Build accurate, margin-conscious quotes aligned with shop capacity

Communicate directly with engineers and buyers as the technical-commercial lead

Manage scope changes, prioritize workflow, and protect scheduling stability
