With over 900 locations across the U.S. and Canada and more than 300 studios in development, Orangetheory is one of the fastest-growing fitness franchises in the world.We're currently seeking high-energy, passionate Fitness Coaches to join our team and deliver the ultimate workout experience to our members.Position SummaryAs an Orangetheory Fitness Coach, you’ll be the energy behind the workout. You’ll lead up to 36 members through dynamic, science-backed training sessions using Orangetheory’s proprietary method that blends cardio, strength, and power training. This role requires excellent coaching skills, time management, and the ability to motivate diverse fitness levels in a fast-paced group setting.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Orangetheory group workouts for up to 36 participants, delivering high-energy, engaging sessions that align with our methodologyEnsure the safety of all participants by providing real-time exercise corrections and modificationsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the studio, especially the fitness floorHelp build class attendance and member retention through motivation, personal connection, and professional supportRepresent Orangetheory at internal and external marketing events and initiativesStay current with Orangetheory programming and attend all required monthly team meetings, webinars, and continuing education opportunitiesQualificationsCurrent nationally accredited fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, AFAA, NFPT, NPTI, etc.) – RequiredCurrent CPR/AED Certification – Required1+ years of experience in personal training and/or group fitness instruction – PreferredIntermediate knowledge of physiology, body mechanics, and functional movementAbility to lead, motivate, and adapt training to all fitness levels in real timeBachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field – PreferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsMust be physically capable of demonstrating all exercises and lifting up to 40 lbsPhysical DemandsMust be able to actively demonstrate and perform exercises throughout the classAbility to remain standing and vocal for the duration of the 60-minute workoutFrequently required to lift, bend, twist, and move equipment (e.g., dumbbells, TRX, medicine balls, Bosu balls, ab dollies)Requirements:
