Epicor Shop Floor Management (SFM) Top Required Skills: Attention to detail and excellent eyesight for close inspection Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently Basic computer skills Must-Have Skills: Ability to inspect precision components up close Ability to perform repetitive cleaning and inspection tasks Basic computer knowledge and data entry capability Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment Nice-to-Have Skills: Cleanroom assembly or inspection experience Experience handling precision or optical components Experience cleaning critical surfaces Familiarity with Epicor Shop Floor Management Software Experience interpreting MIL specifications Key Responsibilities and Duties: Clean and inspect optical components using manual and automated processes prior to thin film coating. Verify serial numbers material counts and condition of incoming items for coating. Complete all required paperwork electronic transactions and Acceptance Test Plans for each lot processed. Operate and maintain the ultrasonic cleaning line per standard operating procedures. Interface with technicians and supervisors to address rejections and ensure timely rework and process flow. Perform monthly inventory checks and report discrepancies to the department supervisor.
