Job Description

DescriptionAs a Cobrand Acquisitions and Onboarding Product Analyst within the Cobrand Cards organization within Chases Consumer & Community Banking group you support the development and optimization of digital card acquisition and onboarding initiatives for the Partner Card portfolio.Job responsibilitiesSupport Cobrand Card digital card acquisition and onboarding initiativesAssist in the design documentation and testing of API-based solutions and data integrations for digital card acquisition and onboarding.Gather analyze and validate customer and partner data to support seamless onboarding and acquisition processes.Work with product managers and technology teams to collect and clarify business and technical requirements for new features and enhancements.Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of digital user journeys focusing on reducing friction and streamlining processes.Support the definition and tracking of KPIs for acquisition and onboarding features; prepare reports and dashboards to measure performance.Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups sprint planning reviews retrospectives) and assist in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.Maintain clear and accurate documentation for product features technical requirements and process flows.Effectively communicate technical concepts requirements and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Required qualifications capabilities and skills3 years of experience in financial services digital platforms or software development with exposure to API delivery and data integration.Familiarity with APIs data models and database technologies (e.g. SQL); experience with data analysis and reporting toolsExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDigital Product Exposure:Understanding of digital user experiences and product management fundamentalsExperience with JIRA or similar project management tools; proficiency in ExcelMotivated to learn proactive in problem-solving and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Building and maintaining the backlog of projects and features and managing through the readiness cycle from Discover to Delivery.Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present technical information clearly.Preferred qualifications capabilities and skillsTechnically focused with a keen interest in APIs data and digital product development.Analytical and detail-oriented able to manage and interpret complex data sets.Strong communicator able to bridge gaps between technical and business teams.Collaborative willing to support team goals and contribute to cross-functional projects.Eager to learn and grow within the product management discipline.Familiarity with PowerPoint and Visio a plus.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Conveyancing Paralegal,Fireworks,Logistics,Clinical,Avionics Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
