Follow department procedures while working with buyers store managers and vendors to resolve discrepanciesTrack pending credits using an Excel spreadsheetUsing a keyboard to enter data in specific fieldsAbide by all policies procedures and programsRequired Knowledges Skills and AbilitiesHigh degrees of self-motivation and the ability to work independently over long periods of time or as part of a team within the scope of established rules and regulationsKnowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing spreadsheets emails office machines managing files/records and other office procedures and terminologyAbility to identify gather and analyze information exhibit sound and accurate judgements and make timely decisions.
