Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Collaborating Physical Therapist based in Jacksonville, FL, requiring some on-site activities. The Physical Therapist will perform evaluations, assess physical therapy needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective rehabilitation and recovery. This position will also involve occasional on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
• Strong skills in Medicine, with a focus on physiotherapy and patient health outcomes
• Proficiency in developing treatment plans
• Experience with rehabilitation in outpatient setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Active Physical Therapist license in Florida
• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
• Previous experience in outpatient rehabilitation is a plus
