Our works supports large-scale construction projects with safe, efficient, and professional services. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Demolition/Abatement Foreman to lead commercial demolition and abatement projects in the Richmond area. If you have a strong background in construction and a passion for leadership, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Lead and manage crews on demolition and abatement job sites.Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance.Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.Interpret and execute job specifications and plans.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of environmental regulations and safety procedures.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specs.Positive attitude and commitment to jobsite excellence.Minimum Requirements:Experience in commercial construction, demolition, and/or abatement.Proven leadership and project management skills.Strong communication and coordination abilities.U.S. Citizenship and Real ID (required for access to military bases).
